I recently moved when we hooked up the gas range it will not ignite The stove was installed new buy the store we bought it from it is set up for L.P. The gas at our new residence is also L.P. The ignitor clicks and sparks and the gas flow is not obstructed at the valve, I don't seam to be getting gas to the burners. Any ideas ? I would be greatfull.

Quote:I don't seem to be getting gas to the burners no gas to ANY burner, not surface nor oven? Whom disconnected it for you? If you're not getting gas to ANY burner, there may be a main shut off valve in the stove. Sometimes it is on the gas regulator itself. A licensed installer might have shut that valve off before uninstalling. JMO Dan O. www.Appliance411.com The Appliance Information Site=D~~~~~~

Quote:I was present when the stove was disconnected Great! Whom disconnected it and did they turn off a main gas valve in the range (if present) before doing so ( if in fact NONE of the burners (not surface nor oven) are getting gas - which you still haven't clarified BTW). Quote:niether burners or oven will light No gas smell either?? If you're not getting any gas to any burner and no one turned off a main gas valve inside the stove, then you'll have to check your house gas supply as that is the only other thing that would affect gas flow to ALL burners at the same time. It's not a problem with the range. JMO Dan O. www.Appliance411.com The Appliance Information Site=D~~~~~~
