I have a GE top-load 7-cycle, 2 speed washer with mini-wash; heavy duty extra large capacity washer -- built 1993 or before. Fills with water but won't finish the cleaning cycle -- no agitation and won't drain.
There is no model number referenced anywhere, including on the inside of the lid. No way to see if model # is referenced on the back of the machine. Any idea on what could be wrong or how to trouble-shoot?

You may need a new motor. since the motor pumps the water out.
