I have a GE microwave #jvm1350bw. It has no power as a result of a power surge. The 20 amp fuse is ok. I've replaced the logic board, still no power. what next? Varistor? Transformer?

No display? Check to see if there is 120VAC at the outlet. If there is, and it's properly polarized, then I would suspect a bad control board. You may also look for evidence, like a burnt or discolored component on the board.
