I would pull the outer cabinet off and pull pump and motor, check motor for bad bushings.

What bushings, rubber mounting or bearing bushings. bearings have no play spins freely motor has slight rotational noise

Jumper the lid switch with the motor removed and see if you still get the squeal.
If so,oil the motor bushings with non-detergent oil.
