My frontloader fills, washes, tumbles but when entering the drain/spin cycle it tumbles but doesn't drain and does not spin. It also makes a loud noise similar to the door alarm. Could this be a problem w/ the door lock?

I would remove the kick panel and remove the access cover to the pump, probably jammed, just clean it out.

Most of the time, it's just stuff in the intake hose from the tub, remove it at the pump and clean out. These Frigidaire pumps have been rather reliable. Try not to take the hose off the tub fitting, difficult to put back.

Thank you so much, took about 1.5h to fix in total. Found a small nail in the pump and it is now off and working again! Fabulous! Only cost...time and patience.
