When turning timer on, you hear a buzzing sound, and it will not advance at any cycle. Thanks for the help

Most likely the timer has to be replaced. - The part number for the timer is AP2045964 - Here are the break down diagrams for the GE washer Model WPSR3090V0WWGood luck. Gene.
