Pulled the hose off the water level controller and blew thru it, put it back on and everything worked. Atleast for now.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/16/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		hello applianceman, could you tell my how i can tell if the timer is bad on a GE washer, everything works except the spin cycle it does drain, i removed the belt and set it to spin cycle and motor doesn't turn, also the timer always makes a ticking sound even when not in use

Are you sure it will agitate? On of the more common problems on your model is that the little white tab on the lid switch would fall but if this were the case it wouldn’t agitate either.
