No water going to ice maker put in new dual valve both aqua sensers what else ?

The old valve may have been leaking and caused the fill tube to get stopped up with ice. Look at it for ice blockage. You can thaw it with a hair dryer. The new valve shouldn't leak.
Or
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
