Error f11 jams mashine. I tried unplugging for awhile and many restarts. Machine fills then stops with error F11. What to do?

Hi Tina
If you will take off the bottom front panel (two screws) you will find a tech sheet and trouble shooting instructions.
What is happening is that after your machine fills, the central control unit tells the motor control board to start the motor and start washing. After a while, if the motor control board does not report back to the CCU that the motor has started and washing has begun, the CCU shuts down the washer.
This may be a wiring problem (check for frayed wires or shorts) but more likely a failure of one of the boards. See if the troubleshooting helps you figure out which one, but if you have to make a guess I think it is more likely the motor control board.
Good luck, let us know what you find out. __________________
