Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/1/2008(UTC) Posts: 1		hello i am assuming a belt is worn on our top loaded washer. It spins, but clothes are very damp after wash. Can I get the belt at any Whirlpool retail store, such as Sears? Are they easy to replace? thank you

One way to confirm is to pull pump and motor and turn tranny coupler clockwise. If hard to turn spin basket=dragging brake shoes. Please post results.
