washing machine

Model Number: 111092581200 Brand: Kenmore Age: Less than 1 year

when I turn on my washing machine it moves and stop, sometimes the agitator moves and sometimes it does not move and I have changed the timer and the lid switch and still it's not working, is it the motor start switch not working or is the pump clogged or is it something else? please help.
