Default Washer won't spin
Model Number: KAWS700GQ0   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 5 - 10 years   
My Kitchen Aid washer pump works, but it will not spin or agitate. It makes a fast clicking noise when the motor runs. Is this likely a transmission issue or the coupler?

If it fails to agitate also=bad coupler. When replacing the coupler, make sure you can turn the coupler clockwise with only two fingers, to get the basket turning.
