Hi, a drum don't spin or agitate. I read all answers about bosch washers repairs and would like to do a test, but found tests progams for different washers then mine.

See how it goes. I call to Bosch dealership and they charge 99$/h and 12$ for each 6 min extra to find the problem and repair + parts extra. Thought that is to much and call to local repair. They confirm that they do repair the Bosch and charge 69$ to find the problem and if they will do repair that fee will be voided. OK. Guy came, he was looking in the washer without knowledge, he ask for owner manual, try to read it, that don't help. He quoth he needs to call Bosch to find what it is and start to write the receipt for 69$. I ask for what and have an answer that he found the problem - "probably motor doesnt work" :confused:. He'll call back with solution. Week goes by, no response. I call Bosch again, make the appointment, waiting time 10 days... Still waiting. 5 days left:)
