Push the Power, there are only three "beep" and the panel lights wont turn on and the machine wont start.

Look under the top, or inside the lower service panel for tech notes that will allow you to put it into a diagnostic mode. The tech notes will tell you how to troubleshoot it.
Also check all the wiring and connections between the door lock assembly and the CCU and between the motor control and the CCU.
