I have a Kitcen Aid KEBC208KSS03 gas double wall oven thats about 10 years old. The upper oven works fine, but the lower oven will not heat, on either the bake or broil function. When you set the oven to turn on, on the electric control panel, you can hear it click on but it will not heat. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thank You.

It could be the electronic control or a thermal fuse on the back of the lower oven.

Watch this video. See the part he is pointing to at 11:16? Check it for continuity. If its open you'll need a new one.
