My cooktop cracked, wierd part is I dont know how, but it has a nice crack in it. Look like the part number is AP3609375. Problem is I cant seem to find it, its listed as out of stock here. Does anyone know if the are around? Thanks

Hi,
Could you post the full model number from the model/serial number tag located on your range.

There should be something like W1 or N0 at the end of the RF376LXG

Then I can look up the factory part number for you and you can use it to search around to see if anyone still has one available.

It may also just be a matter of time before APP has it back in stock too.

ok, I'll check. I came up with that number from the manual. What about a high temperture epoxy? Would that work? This could not have happened at the worst time.

I have no experience in trying to epoxy them and would not even attempt that type of repair for any customers of mine.

Is it not safe or dangerous? My wife is not too happy about this idea either. Money is tight right now and this seemed like a good idea. How hot does the ceramic get?

The full number is;
RF376LXGN2 although the 2 was several spaces away from the N
