Oven went out would not light igniter wouldnt glow went to replace igniter found that the 2 wires had burned into.replaced igniter any way still will not light.where do I ck the voltage at. Knowo there is 120 going to the igniter. If no 120 going to igniter where do i go.Where is the thermostat located at

oven went out igniter would not light up Got a new one and found the 2 wires burnt into on the old one replaced it any way oven still wont work Bake or Broil needs to be 120 v coming in if not what could be the problem
