We have a Whirlpool Accubake gas range. The cooktop works, yet the bake & broil do not. Bake clicks twice, broil may click once. (not always) We smell no gas fumes, and cannot hear gas flowing. All connections are correct, in place. I hold the off button down to get an error code, none displayed. I also did some research online and heard three stories with varied parts replaced, all successful. I have put the OHM meter on the varied wires, and get no readings. No voltage on igniter leads, no reading at the Valve/Register How can I diagnose or narrow down the problem? I cannot afford to throw parts at it...Valve/Register is $141, Control Panel is $111, DSI is $162. That is $414... New is $475, less headache.
