Either you have a bad motherboard,AP4436216 or it's stuck in defrost. I would check the evaporator thermistor, should measure 16.3 k ohm immersed in water with a lot of ice cubes for about 5 minutes. If way off value, that's your problem.
You can try unplugging the unit for a period to see if it will come out of defrost.
