my oven tripped a breaker i reset the breaker now the oven wont heat up but the stove top works just fine

The wiring diagram does not show any fuses etc. in the oven element circuits so odds are either the control is shot or there is a wire that has burned off.

I am assuming that the control panel seems OK and that you have tried different modes re: bake and broil.
You will have to unplug it and check the wiring.
If all OK carefully check the elements, there is no use replacing the control board unless you are confident that they are OK and not shorting to the frame.
