Hello,
Thanks for the help upfront. I have a Jenn-Air double oven with several issues. First the broiler element wasn't working in the top so I swapped it with the bottom element since it never got used. The bottom oven had an Fr error code before I swapped elements. The broiler still didn't work in the top unit. I replaced the upper AND lower relay board, the oven control board, checked the oven temp sensors (checked ok). Now when I turned the power on I get an F1 error code which should be the oven control board but I just replaced it. I am stumped. HELP!

Hello,

The "F1" error code means "Power to element relay energized during time of day display". The problem can be a shorted J2 harness between the control board and the lower oven relay board. The harness coming together with the new relay board.

You said that you already replaced the relay board. What is the part number of the new board and when and where did you buy it?

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Jenn-Air WW27430B Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

Have you installed the lower relay board together with the new harness?

Goatguns, You've probably already done this but, re check the J2 harness between the ERC/Clock and upper oven relay board. Re check the J7 harness, between the upper and lower oven relay boards and all the connections you made when replacing the parts.

On this style wall oven, a faulty membrane switch

Part number: AP4088611
Part number: AP4088611

can also create an F1 error code. Since it's not available, you can try to clean the ribbon connector insertion end and the ribbon connector on the control, with some electronic contact cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Good Luck
