The wife tried to use the Self Cleaning option on the oven and it just stopped during the process. I found the thermal fuse had opened and I replaced it. Now the lower oven works fine, the upper unit does not heat up (bake). The trouble shooting guide recommends to replace the Oven Shutdown Thermal Fuse. Where exactly is this component? Do I have to pull the entire unit out of the cabinet to replace?

Hello mikew. Yes, you will need to pull the oven out and remove the back panel to access and replace the oven shut down fuse. Here is a link to the part as well as the parts diagram page to help you with the repair. Hope this helps. Part number: AP3879224
