Your model number is missing 3 letters at the end of it.
Here are the parts for this series, includes wiring diagrams.
Replacement parts for mer6555 models | AppliancePartsPros.com

I would look for a burned out wire going to those elements.
Be sure that the unit is unplugged when doing this.
