How Do I Get Dual Action Agitator Off,the Only Part That I Ncan Get Off Is The Softner Disp Top.there Are No Screws On Side Or On Agitator-----thanks Rich

put hands on both sides of bottom of agitator underneath +pull up hard, keep your face out of the way
