Main Symptom: Handle replacement doesn’t work
What happens & when:

Part 301 “handle” on current dryer is broken. Tried to replace it with the handle, Part 301, as shown in the Bosch picture. However, the only part you can order for part 301 is a “ring”. I ordered the ring that includes a handle. There are 2 problems with this replacement part: 1.) The mounting points of the ring do not align with the remaining door parts, and 2.) If the replacement part were installable as a replacement for both 301 and 302, the ring would leave a gaping hole below the window. This solution does not work.

Moreover, replacement parts 301 and 302 do not work together. So trying to fill the gaping whole by using 301 with 302 does not work. What is needed is the handle shown in the Bosch picture as part 301 and NOT the suggested ring. The ring does not work with the existing door parts in ANY configuration. There is a mistake on the website for the replacement of part 301. The suggested “ring” IS NOT a replacement for the “handle” shown as Part 301 in the Bosch picture.

Could you send me the parts numbers on the boxes you got ? Are they OEM parts?

Frame-Window - part 00448752 (Part designated as replacement for 302 on Bosch picture from APP website.)

Ring - part 00706184 (Part designated as replacement for 301 on Bosch picture from APP website.)

OK after doing some research I’ve that the handle itself is no longer available for you dryer. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer, our sites diagram is not correct. It is still available from third party sites
