Is the compressor running? Are all the fans running? If they are and it will not cool, it is a sealed system problem and a certified tech will need to check it out.

The compressor doesn’t appear to be running - no noise or vibration. The fan next to the compressor is running fine.
Can it be the starter capacitor and relay? (Based on other people’s comments).
Replace the start device, WPW10194431 Start Device | Genuine Whirlpool OEM In Stock, don’t worry about the run capacitor, it has nothing to do with starting the compressor. If the new start device does not work, the compressor is bad and you will need a sealed system repair. It is worth a try.
