I have this washing machine for a little over two years ,but today suddenly it won’t start at all, I checked the fuse and seems alright. the only button that respond is “BACK” button. there is power in the outlet:mad: so wonder what could it be ?

If power is getting to the control unit I am fearful that it has gone bad, and given its cost (you can buy a pretty good washer for the cost of this part) I would recommend replacing the washer. This is a very good machine but when it doesn’t work it is very difficult to diagnose and very expensive to fix.
