What happens & when: Drum does not turn, makes a low consistent humming sound

Parts or tests already tried: Pulled stator, tested pins 10.7 ohms on all pins

Is it difficult to turn the inner tub by hand?
No it is not. I think we got it figured though. There was still water in it. The noise, I am pretty sure, is the drain pump trying to start. It will not drain. Am I right in thinking that this machine senses water and it can’t drain so it will not complete the next part of the cycle? No error messages though.
That is correct, it won’t keep trying to run if it can’t be sure of getting rid of water. Sometimes you’ll get a code or error, but not always. I’d suspect the drain pump at that point.
