Why is my washer so loud?

Main Symptom: My washing machine is very loud during spin cycle. Washer functions as it should and isn’t vibrating. The machine just makes a lot of noise
What happens & when: When the washer spins out, it gets really loud. Noise has been ongoing for about 6 months. The washer is 11-12 years old.

It would be most likely the bearing that is faulty and you would need to replace the gearcase for this issue.
