Whishing machine trips circuit breaker at spin cycle

I have a Maytag MAV2757AWW washing machine. It’s about 5 years old. Last night it tripped the circuit breaker when the spin cycle started. I played around with it some form and found that it would run the agitate cycle without a problem. Every time it reaches the spin cycle it trips the breaker.
Things I’ve check. I have manually spinning the belt on the bottom to see if it was jammed. No problems spinning it either way. Let me know if my thought process is wrong but I think that that eliminates a stuck transmission or bearing. Because the motor runs during the agitation cycle I feel like that’s not the problem. The only difference according to the schematic between spin and agitate cycle is the polarity of the current. The only thing left that I can think of is that the problem is in the Timer module. Also when checking the Lid switch I found that it passed current in the open and close positions. I think I have a bad lid switch as will but I don’t think this is causing the problem because as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks its lid is closed.

You have to run a few tests and post the results. You have to measure the current drawn by the motor, and separate by the whole washer, during the spin cycle.
