Whirpool refrigerator won't defrost and keeps icing over

Brand: Whirpool
Model Number: Whirpool fridge model #WRS325SDHZ01. My freezer keeps icing up and causing my fridge to not stay cool. So far I have tested the thermistor and the defrost heater assembly and they are both working fine. I’m not sure what part I need to replace
Main Symptom: Freezer will not defrost causing my refrigerator to be warm.
What happens & when: Whirpool fridge model #WRS325SDHZ01. My freezer keeps icing up and causing my fridge to not stay cool. So far I have tested the thermistor and the defrost heater assembly and they are both working fine. I’m not sure what part I need to replace. Also, when I put it in force defrost mode that doesn’t work either.

If the main control is accessed, the brown wire at connection P2 pin 7 can be tested to the white wire at connection P1 pin 2 with a meter for voltage output during a forced defrost cycle. Does it measure 120 Volts AC or does it read 0 Volts AC?
