Whirlpool wtw7300dw1 stops before final spin

I have a Whirlpool WTW7300DW1 washing machine.

  1. It does not complete the final spin cycle.
  2. There are no error codes.
  3. The water in the tub drains but clothes are soaking wet.
  4. It will spin and drain if I used Utilities function.
  5. Does not matter the size of the load.
  6. I do not use too much detergent.
  7. I have unplugged washer for 5 minutes and plugged back in an attempt to reset to no avail.
  8. Other online suggestions are not for this model as they reference turning knobs and mine does not have knobs.

Any suggestions on what is wrong or how to troubleshoot? Is there a way to “reset” or get the diagnostic information for the layman? Please be detailed and specific because I am not extremely knowledgeable about this equipment but not afraid to try to fix things just need detailed information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I posted a tech sheet that shows how to put your washer into diagnostic mode. Also, does the tub bounce around a lot during the spin cycle? That could help determine if the issue is related to the suspension or another component.

Thank you, will take a look at the sheet you posted. No it does bounce around at all. Everything works as usual except stopping before the final spin cycle. One addition or update, I think it may be more accurate to say periodically it will enter the spin cycle. My wife did a couple of loads yesterday and the last load completed the entire cycle including the spin cycle.
