Whirlpool WRX988SIBM03 Refrig has only 6 VAC at water inlet valve coil = no water

Main Symptom: No water coming into frig for icemaker or dispenser
What happens & when: Good water supply. Coil continuity good. Only 6VAC at inlet valve coil (with it unplugged and the switch activated) and wire to door water switch at top of door hinge plug. 120VAC at control board at back of frig that looks like controls the icemaker. This CB has a wire that is the same size and color as the one going to the coil. There is 6VAC only there also. Bad board? No signs of damage

Parts or tests already tried: Coil continuity good. Low voltage at inlet water valve (6VAC)

Thanks for qustion, the fist step use the tech sheet packaged with the fridge and place the unit into diagnostic mode, checking for error/fault codes, and running diagnostic tests.
