Main Symptom: no water after installing filter
What happens & when:
Replaced water filter and water will not work even when installing the old filter. It only works when you install the filter and keep pressure on the door holding it closed to keep the filter seated in place. Trying to locate the correct part that will fix this problem. On the site there are multiple ways to buy the housing or assembly or latch so unsure what I need exactly. Help please
