Brand: Whirlpool Model Number: WDT720PADM2 Main Symptom: No access on outside of unit to replace upper rack rollers What happens & when:
I followed the video instructions for part OEM18036963, but the outside of my unit does not look the same and it appears I don’t have access to the screws for the rack rollers - it’s just a plastic casing. . Attached is what I see, as well as the inside. AI’d love some help to determine how to remove the old roller and replace. Thank you. Error Code (if any):

The hex heads on the bolts (as seen in the image showing the broken roller at the top) would be used to unscrew them from the tub. It looks like they might be 1/4” hex heads.
I don’t believe there’s a way to fit a socket into that space, though, due to the plastic clips holding the wheel in place. I might be able to get the top one out with the right tool, but not the bottom one
Any other suggestions or ideas?
I’ll also run into another challenge if I do get it off. The replacement part from this site has holes on the back, but they don’t go all the way through to the front.
I called Whirlpool and they couldn’t help me either.
A bit driver might be thin enough to reach into the ports and grab onto the screw heads. A bit driver is a 1/4 inch hex head and usually aren’t as thick as a socket.
