Whirlpool washing machine shakes a lot during the spin cycle

I have a Whirlpool top loading washer that shakes a lot during the spin cycle even on a smaller load and when it’s not overloaded.

I make sure to have my loads evenly distributed, yet the machine will still shake and move. What’s the issue.
