My washer will start to fill with water but will not move to any of the other cycles and i have it on the highest water level and it and it might not even get all of my cloths wet. Someone said it my be my drain hose not high enough could that be so.
Check your lid switch. Open the lid and depress the switch with a small bladed screwdriver. Does it feel “spongy”? Do you hear and feel a defined click? Also check your water supply valve: Is it clogged or partially blocked with debris?
