With the washer empty try starting a Clean Washer cycle and see what it does.
If it will run that cycle then the issue is in the pressure system, you can just add a couple cups of white vinegar to the tub and let it run through the Clean Washer cycle to take care of things.
If it will not run that cycle then there is something triggering a logic protocol, usually this means an issue with the shifter W10913953, lower harness W11568983, and/or the motor capacitor W11395618.
