Main Symptom: Not draining/spinning completely; clothes still sitting in water
What happens & when: Makes the noise in the attached video when spinning, doesn’t drain completely. I’m guessing drain pump, motor, or belt, but I’m hoping someone more knowledgeable will be able to enlighten me. This belongs to a coworker’s mother, so I don’t have direct access to the machine.
