wHEN YOU TURN THE DIAL AND PULL IT OUT IT ONLY MAKES A BUZZING NOISE. WILL NOT RINSE, SPIN ETC.
just guessing here but if the buzzing is coming from the bottom i would say the motor is froze up or on its way out, do you hear the click on the dial like its turning the timer? maybe the belt has came off and your just hearing the motor spin, really need more input so someone can further assist you
