If I fill the washer to extra large load or put heavy towels in it barely agitates. If I keep the load small it seems to work fine. Also, when a heavy load is used it may not spin the water out. If I take my hand and start the drum it will go, but doesn’t spin clothes as dry as they should be. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
What is the complete model number of the washer?
Which load size you consider as an extra large?

Thanks Gene for responding. The model # is LSQ9544KQ0. There are four settings on the washer: small, medium, large and extra-large. Whenever the load is heavy it does not agitate properly.
