please help with the soap dispenser not opening during cycle?
This may sound dumb, but I have actually seen people load a plate or something tall and block the door from opening. Make sure that is not happening first. Next step is see if power is getting to the dispenser when it’s supposed to open, that will tell you if it’s the dispenser or control board.
