Whirlpool SF367LEKQ1 Oven doesn't keep temperature

Main Symptom: Doesn’t hold selected temperature
What happens & when: The oven preheats to the selected temperature, but later doesn’t hold that temperature. During that later time, the “heat” light is on, as if the oven is heating to hold the prescribed temperature, but the gas has not turned on. I already replaced the Oven temperature sensor with a part bought from you on 1/1/2026.

Ensure the oven sensor is within specs, check the wiring from the sensor to the control for loose or broken places. Ensure the control is sending power to the valve when calling for heat.
