water dispenser problem.water DOES come out of tube for it but sprays from other area around the tube also & I don’t know how to get that section off to look up in it to see where it’s leaking from

thanx Gene for your help.This fridge belongs to my parents so I will be going down to their house today to see if i can get that cover off & find the problem.A couple of questions though.Is this a common problem with the Whirlpool refridgerators & after I get that cover off, will I be able to observe dispenser as it is functioning to actually see what it is doing wrong???
