What happens & when:

So it started with not dispensing water or ice maker filling. Replaced water valve, water filter and now the ice maker is filling but it’s still not dispensing water.

Do you get any kind of a buzzing or humming noise as though the valve may be trying to activate when you press and hold the water paddle?
