If that is after the compressor has been operating for a while, the condenser coils are clean and the condenser fan near the compressor is operating, the failure would be in the sealed freon system. If this is the case, an EPA-certified technician would be needed to repair it.
Thanks, That is what I was afraid of. I had a technician out to look at it and he said it could not be the sealed system because it is a duel cool system and because the refrigerator section temp was in spec. He said it must me the evaporator fan. I replaced the fan and harness that came with the fan, thermistor and bimetal. Obviously that did not fix the problem.
Unfortunately, the dual cool systems can do that. If there is just enough freon flowing to get temperatures down to 37 or slightly less, the refrigerator will work fine.
