I have no voltage to the ice maker at the ice maker plug behind the ice maker. Where is that voltage coming from? Or where can I get a diagram?

I could bnot find any info on the given model number.

Are you sure that there is not a X between the D and the W.

Looks like you have to hold the freezer light switch in for power to the ice maker.

A second question

The ice maker was making HOLLOW ice cubes when i took it out. The cubes were hollow but there was no liquid inside them an no extra water in the collection tray. Not sure I can figure out how this happened and how to correct it.

Hollow cubes could be low water flow.

Just search the forum using advanced and tick the Refrigerator section.
