Normal light and pots and pans light were blinking togetherand I tried the reset method of “normal-heated dry normal-heated dry” with the door open then closing the door and nothing changed. Now just the normal light blinks (dont know when the other one stopped). I’m wondering if I should proceed with the steps as given for the Resetting the Whirlpool Quiet Partner III to detirmine if its the control or the key pad. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I’m pretty sure you have a bad key pad/control panel assembly,but is another tool to varify it.
