I am having problems with the buttons on this dishwasher.
They won’t light and nothing comes on or works.
This has happened before and I just ended up pushing buttons on it, but nothing happened. Then after a week, I just pushed the light wash button and it ran.
I tried this again, but nothing happens.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it and how to fix it?

Sue, I have read on ehow that the whirlpool quiet partner 1 has a reset code. Try that first.
Your problem sounds very familiar to me. I had this problem with a previous dishwasher. It turned out to be the outlet behind the dishwasher. I moved it to another outlet under the cabinet and it worked great. For a year I could not figure out why sometimes the dishwasher would come on and then stop or not come on at all.
