When I purchased this and had it installed over my stove and under a cabinet several years ago, I did not have a vent going through my roof. I recently had a new roof put on and asked them to add this. I am in need of what I understand to be the Air Damper Part # W10843943. I have a contractor doing this for me but I want to make sure this is the correct part and all I need for this.

The damper allows you to transition from the top vent of the microwave to the ductwork. You will also need to re-position the direction of the blower fan so that it is directing air up and not to the front grill.

Can you send me whatever my contractor might need to do this if it should not already be known?
